Dan Haan starts a construction business, focused on precast concrete agricultural buildings.

Leased a 10,000sq.ft manufacturing facility, eliminating mobile casting beds making Eagle Builders a true precast concrete producer.

2003
Eagle Builders began batching their own concrete. This was also the year, Dan Haan passed away.

2004
Dan’s children now managing the company, liquidated everything in relation to general contracting and focused solely on precast concrete production. This was also the year Eagle Builders was awarded their first commercial contract.

2006
Eagle Builders started installing their own panels and procured a 40-ton crane.

2008
With steady annual growth, Eagle Builders purchased land in Aspelund Industrial Park and built a 60,000sq.ft precast concrete factory and a two-story office.

Eagle Builders became a limited partnership

Eagle Builders attained their CPCI certification as well as added 40,000sq.ft of production space for more wall panels and transportation products.

2013
Eagle Builders begin designing and manufacturing CPCI certified transportation products.

2016
Added 55,000sq.ft of production space and a second batch plant for major infrastructure products. Started construction on the new company headquarters.

2017
Eagle Builders produced its first deflected strand precast concrete NU Girder.

2018
Eagle Builders was awarded the contract for Western Canada’s largest precast concrete parkade located in Vancouver, BC. As well, Eagle Builders completed the world’s largest single span precast concrete arch wildlife overpass in Golden BC.
