We want every member of the Eagle Builders team to succeed, whether they are current or prospective employees. That is where the Training & Assessment Centre comes in. Here, we assess and provide members with the skills to make their careers successful.

In the Training & Assessment Centre, we pick the right employee, put them in the right position, provide them with valuable skills and set them up for success.

We assess prospective team members on basic construction skills and safety knowledge. Then, we build their skills in a controlled environment to prepare them for the first day on the job. This gives them and their crew the confidence that they will work safe, smart, and to the best of their ability.

There are also opportunities for existing team members to advance with the help of Eagle’s Training & Assessment Centre. Here they can build the necessary skills if they are changing crews or moving to the next level of competency.

The Training & Assessment Centre has helped Eagle Builders achieve a retention increase of 29.3% to date.

3-Month & Annual Evaluations

Evaluations are conducted after three (3) months of employment and then annually. Evaluations open conversations on work performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, required training, management style, feedback, S.M.A.R.T. goals, and compensation. These assessments promote growth and alignment with organizational objectives.

Employees who refer someone who is hired will receive a referral bonus of up to $400 after the referral completes six (6) months of employment.

Eagle Builders provides $24,000 annually in sponsorships to support our employees and their families participating in sports teams, clubs, or other activities.

Employees working in the manufacturing facilities, yard, and field can purchase Eagle-branded workwear, including pants, shirts, and hoodies. The cost of the first order is shared 50/50 between the employee and Eagle Builders, after which subsequent orders are fully covered by Eagle Builders.
