CNC Industries is a manufacturer of OEM products for the mining, construction and earthmoving industries. Requiring more space, it was decided to procure a new building in Nisku so they could increase their capacity with shorter lead times for customers. Eagle Builders was engaged to design, manufacture and build the 52,000sq.ft structure and complete the full turnkey solution. This facility capitalized on Eagle Builders’ precast concrete technology by incorporating knockout panels for future overhead doors and movable walls for easy expansions. On the façade, an architectural sandblast finish was utilized with a smooth painted exterior on the shop portion. From foundation to occupancy the building took a total of 5.5 months to complete.
