Red Deer Fire Hall #4

Red Deer, Alberta
Structural Contractor

In 2016, Eagle Builders was awarded the contract to engineer, manufacture and install the precast concrete structure for the Red Deer Fire Station #4. By using our load-bearing insulated precast panels, the city of Red Deer gained value in their post-disaster building with reduced construction time, longevity and very low maintenance. Because our structural system does not rust, mold or burn, this facility will be able to protect and serve the citizens for generations.

Eagle Builders drafted and manufactured 111 precast concrete panels which included architectural finishes such as reveal lines, embedded brick veneers, and formliner to enhance the appeal of the building. By combining the structural, insulating and architectural elements into one building component, Eagle Builders was able to install the entire wall assembly in only (5) days.

Architectural features include brick veneers, curved reveal lines and stone formliner. The fire station also includes 5 apparatus bays.
