Structural Contractor

In 2017, Eagle Builders was awarded the structural contract to engineer, fabricate and install a precast concrete gym and field house for the new St. Joseph School in Red Deer, Alberta. Procured as an IPD project, Eagle Builders acted as a consulting sub-trade assisting with the specifications to ensure that the precast concrete scope of work was efficiently designed and engineered. Requiring only 6 days to erect the 38.000sq.ft structure, Eagle Builders positively impacted the project by reducing the schedule allowing for the following sub-trades to move in sooner. The IPD team utilized Eagle Builders’ steel roof system engaging Eagle to manufacture the 117-foot clear span trusses. With Eagle Builders looking after the structural shell, it allowed for seamless coordination and constructability of the gym facility adding value to the project.
