We offer employees comprehensive coverage that includes medical, dental, vision, massage, chiropractic, physiotherapy, and more. Eagle Builders contributes 50% of employees’ monthly premiums for the first five years and 100% after five years (LTD and life insurance remain the responsibility of the employee).

04/3 Month and Annual Evaluations


Transparent communication is a core factor in everyone’s success. To that end, we conduct evaluations after three months of employment and then annually. Evaluations open conversations on work performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, required training, management style, feedback, S.M.A.R.T. goals, and compensation. These assessments promote growth and alignment with organizational objectives.

05/Employee Appreciation Events


As a family-owned company that values its employees, we make it a priority to recognize our team through meaningful events and shared experiences. Each year, we host company-wide events such as the rooftop event at the Ponoka Stampede and annual Christmas party. These events provide an opportunity to connect outside of the workplace and build community within the company.

06/Training Roadmap


Eagle Builders has developed a training roadmap to support professional development and help employees advance within the company. Employees have access to our Training & Assessment Centre, where skills can be learned and enhanced.

07/Ambassador Sponsorship Program


Eagle Builders provides $24,000 annually in various sponsorships to support our employees and their families participating in sports teams, clubs, or other activities.

08/Clothing Program


Employees working in the manufacturing facilities, yard, and field can purchase Eagle-branded workwear, including pants, shirts, and hoodies. The cost of the first order is shared 50/50 between the employee and Eagle Builders; after which, subsequent orders are fully covered by Eagle Builders.

09/Predictive Index Assessments


As part of our ongoing commitment to help our employees succeed, Eagle Builders uses the PI Behavioural Assessment to help understand behavioural drives and work styles, enhancing self-awareness, team dynamics, and organizational performance. The PI 1:1 Relationship Guide improves communication and strengthens coworker relationships.

10/True Colours Assessment


Eagle Builders uses the True Colors Personality Assessment to increase awareness of different personality types and communication styles to build effective relationships within our teams.
