Red Embers Point required a development that would contribute to the surrounding streetscape while supporting a mix of commercial and residential uses. The project called for a design that could create a strong visual presence through architectural finishes, while also delivering a functional layout that integrates parking, commercial space, and residential living within a single site.

The completed development combines a parkade and commercial units at the lower levels with residential units above, creating a cohesive and efficient mixed-use space. A combination of colour and textured formliners provides a distinct architectural identity, enhancing the streetscape while maintaining long-term durability. The final result supports both urban living and commercial activity within a well-integrated design.
