The need was for a space that could accommodate large agricultural equipment, streamline maintenance operations, and provide an organized environment for both field and administrative functions. The layout needed to allow for efficient movement between work areas while supporting year-round use in a demanding operating environment.

The Lemay Farm Shop delivers a functional and durable solution designed around the realities of modern farming. The facility includes two large equipment bays, a 2,900 square foot wash bay for year-round cleaning and maintenance, and a 3,500 square foot office space to support on-site operations. The final layout provides clear workflow, efficient equipment movement, and a clean, organized environment that supports ongoing maintenance and daily farm operations.
