The Sync 111 project in Edmonton required a purpose-built rental development that could support modern urban living near MacEwan University. The design needed to provide long-term flexibility in suite layouts while incorporating amenities that enhance the resident experience in a dense, high-demand location.

The completed seven-storey building includes 222 rental units, a single-level underground parkade, and a column-free structural design that allows for adaptable layouts over time. A range of amenities, including a lounge and games room, business and fitness centre, secured bike storage with wash and repair stations, and a rooftop courtyard patio, support day-to-day living. The result is a modern rental community designed for convenience, flexibility, and long-term performance.
