The completed 5.6-acre development features two primary structures delivered in three phases, incorporating company offices and a parkade to serve tenants and visitors. A third-storey linkway connects the parkade to warehouse rooftop parking, improving accessibility and overall site efficiency. Integrated pedestrian amenities further enhance connectivity, resulting in a functional and well-coordinated commercial environment.
