As Serfas Farms continued to grow, additional storage capacity was needed to support increasing production volumes and improve operational efficiency. The goal was to create a facility capable of handling long-term potato storage while streamlining product handling and load-out activities. The project also needed to provide durable infrastructure that could support the demands of a high-volume agricultural operation and accommodate future growth.

The completed facility provides Serfas Farms with seven high-capacity potato storage bins, a centralized load-out bay, and integrated support spaces for daily operations. Designed for long-term performance, each storage bin can hold up to 6,000 tons of product and incorporates ventilation systems that promote consistent airflow and product quality. The result is a durable, efficient storage solution that increases capacity, improves operational flow, and supports the continued growth of the operation.
