Finning required a facility in Kamloops that could support high-demand service operations within a durable, efficient layout. The project needed to accommodate heavy equipment movement, streamline workflow between service areas, and provide a building envelope capable of withstanding continuous use in a rugged environment. Long-term performance and low maintenance were key considerations in the overall design.
Built to Support Integrated Operations

The completed facility brings together machine repair, component rebuild, the Finning Canada Rental Store, a regional warehouse, and a Customer Support Center within a coordinated layout. A unique formliner finish exposes the aggregate beneath the surface, providing a durable exterior suited to heavy-use conditions. The result is a precast concrete facility designed to support complex operations with efficiency and long-term reliability.
