Designed for Production and Future Expansion
Kohltech required a facility that could support high-volume manufacturing while allowing for future growth. The project needed to provide an efficient production environment, accommodate a customer-facing space, and include provisions for expansion without disrupting operations. Balancing functionality with a strong visual presence at the front of the building was also a key consideration.

The completed facility includes a 120,000 sq ft manufacturing floor designed for efficient, high-volume production, along with a double-height showroom that provides a strong, welcoming presence. Three knock-out panels have been incorporated to allow for seamless future expansion. The result is a modern, purpose-built facility that supports ongoing operations while allowing for long-term growth.
