The Parkade was awarded to Eagle Builders at the end of 2016 by a general contractor on behalf of Alberta Health Services. The project consists of 2034 parking stalls in 4 levels with 7 months of dedicated production and 8 months of on-site precast concrete installation. Eagle Builders is still manufacturing inverted tees, double tees, columns, spandrel panels, and wall panels to continue the ongoing supply and installation schedules.
