General Hospital Parkade

Regina, SK

The General Hospital required additional parking capacity to better support patients, visitors, and staff across a busy healthcare campus. The project needed to be delivered efficiently while maintaining access and minimizing disruption to daily operations. Durability and long-term performance were key considerations for a structure expected to handle continuous public use.

Working in partnership with Ledcor, precast concrete played a key role in delivering the parkade on schedule through off-site manufacturing and rapid installation of structural components. The completed structure provides reliable, high-capacity parking designed to support the hospital and surrounding community with the durability required for long-term, high-traffic use.
